What is the Alexander Technique?

 

The Alexander Technique works by helping you to identify and prevent postural and movement habits that interfere with your natural functioning and wellbeing. F M Alexander, an Australian actor, developed the Technique over 100 years ago as a result of solving a persistent vocal problem.  Since then, the Technique has helped millions of people across the world to naturally overcome:
