Perhaps you think yoga’s not for you because you’re not flexible enough, too old, in pain or tense. By using Alexander Technique yoga becomes easier, more enjoyable and safer. Even experienced yogis will benefit. This is a gentle personalised approach where I use light ‘hands-on’ guidance and instruction to tailor poses to your needs. The Alexander way will increase your skills of self-observation while enhancing your alignment and coordination in movement. I am a certified teacher of yoga and Alexander Technique. The combination of the two helped me recover from painful and limiting computer overuse injury. I look forward to helping you.
